| Job Listing | This program permits any qualified salaried or hourly employee to request consideration for any position listed in the current Job Listings publication and website. |
| Transfer Interview Request Program | This program permits qualified hourly employees to request reassignment to a different hourly position, department, or skill regardless of whether an authorized opening currently exists. Premium trade listings are determined by labor agreement and are listed on the shipyard bulletin boards as well as in the Job Listings Publication and website. |
| External Transfer Program | This program permits a salaried employee to request consideration for transfer to another EB facility or another subsidiary. |
