Driving Directions to HSI-Electric Boat

Take highway H-1 EAST (toward Honolulu/Diamondhead) from Pearl Harbor or Airport.
East of airport (toward Honolulu/Diamondhead), take Nimitz Highway off-ramp (EXIT 18). Get in right hand lane on Nimitz.
Right hand lane becomes right-turn-only lane onto Sand Island Access Road at traffic light. Turn RIGHT onto Sand Island Access Road.
Proceed on Sand Island Access Rd. approx 0.3 miles to first traffic light. Turn RIGHT onto Pahounui Drive.
Proceed approx 200 yds, road bending right, on Pahounuito HSI-Electric Boat, 2308 Pahounui Dr. on your LEFT, marked by “shingle” sign extending toward street and large General Dynamics sign on side of building.
Park in fenced yard adjacent to building or along Pahounui Dr. Front desk phone: 808-845-5555.

Take Ala Moana Blvd WEST (away from Diamondhead/Waikiki) toward airport.
Ala Moana Blvd becomes Nimitz Highway past Honolulu Harbor/Aloha Tower.
Continue approx 1.5 miles past Honolulu Harbor, passing a 2-story McDonald’s restaurant on left at traffic light on Puuhale Rd. Get into left turn lane after passing McDonald’s (two lane designated for left turn only).
Take LEFT at next traffic light onto Sand Island Access Rd.
Proceed on Sand Island Access Rd. approx 0.3 miles to first traffic light. Turn RIGHT onto Pahounui Drive.
Proceed approx 200 yds, road bending right, on Pahounui to HSI-Electric Boat, 2308 Pahounui Dr. on your LEFT, marked by “shingle” sign extending toward street and large General Dynamics sign on side of building.

Take highway H-1 WEST (away from Diamondhead, toward Pearl Harbor/Airport/Waianae).
Past Like Like (LEE-kay LEE-kay) Highway (EXIT 20), get to right lanes.
H-1 will split take the right fork, following signs toward Middle Street/Pearl Harbor/Airport.Continue on H-1 past the Middle Street turnoff. H-1 bends sharply around to the left. Get into the right lane.
Exit H-1 onto Nimitz Highway (EXIT 18), dropping down below the H-1 viaduct onto Nimitz. Get into left-most lane and into left-turn lane prior to first traffic light (Ahua St.).
Take LEFT (U-turn) at traffic light (Ahua St.) and remain in right hand lanes on Nimitz Highway.
Right hand lane becomes right-turn-only lane onto Sand Island Access Road at traffic light. Turn RIGHT onto Sand Island Access Road.
Proceed on Sand Island Access Rd. approx 0.3 miles to first traffic light. Turn RIGHT onto Pahounui Drive.
Proceed approx 200 yds, road bending right, on Pahounui to HSI-Electric Boat, 2308 Pahounui Dr. – on your LEFT, marked by “shingle” sign extending toward street and large General Dynamics sign on side of building.
